Typically, the orders are processed within 24 hours. You should receive a notice with the tracking # within 48 hours of the order.
Your order will be processed by the manufacturer in Taiwan, and the item will be shipped directly from Taiwan.
We ship USPS registered mail ONLY. It typically takes 10 to 14 days to arrive anywhere globally. ( outside of the U.S. it could be a little quicker or slower depending on the efficiency of the postal system ).
In the U.S. it is much faster – 7 to 10 days for the West Coast and 10 to 14 days for the East Coast.
The USPS stopped the tracking service of this type of Registered mail, so You WILL NOT be able to track the package using USPS.com.
For example. If you place your order on 10/01/22, it will be shipped on 10/02/22 and your estimated time of arrival is around 10/15/22.

I offer a 100% Happy or Refund Policy. If you DO NOT like the product, you can simply send it back for a full refund to the address below. No RMA is needed.
If you wish to expedite the refund process, simply send me a photo of the return or the receipt of the return. I will refund you within 24 or 48 hours after receiving proof of the return. ( postage should be $13.25 for first class from the U.S )
Please check the FAQ page to see if there are possible solutions to fix the problem.
If all else fails… you can simply send it back for an exchange.
Note: The manufacturer will only refund or exchange the unit if the transmitter has not been modified or doctored in any way.
Please have the original packaging when returning for a refund. The manufacturer is very particular about this.
Please leave a note in the package indicating that you wish an exchange or refund.
If possible, please indicate the reason for the exchange.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN / REPLACE / EXCHANGE THIS, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING.
I will refund your money via Paypal or credit card as soon as I receive your returned item in good condition.
For Repair / Exchange: Please leave a note indicating what is wrong with it.
DO NOT attempt to fix or doctor the transmitter in any way. The manufacturer will not honor the repair/exchange policy if the transmitter is found to be tampered with in any way.
Your replacement will be shipped within a few days of receiving the faulty unit.
Please include your name and address and order # if possible ( so I know who to credit).
Please return your item to ( this would be an international shipment, and it would be shipped the USPS)
When return first class mail is sufficient ($13.25 from Anywhere in the U.S ) no need for registered mail.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the return/exchange/refund process.
